About the event
Founded over 30 years ago, ATHENA International has been at the forefront of empowering and honoring women leaders. Their mission is to support, develop, and celebrate the accomplishments of remarkable women who have made significant contributions to their communities and professions. We are excited to announce the upcoming ATHENA Awards event and invite you to be a part of this inspiring celebration.
ATHENA International's flagship program, the ATHENA Leadership Award Program, has been a beacon of recognition for over 7,000 women leaders across hundreds of cities and eight countries since its inception in 1982. These awards are presented to individuals who exemplify professional excellence, provide invaluable service to their communities, and actively mentor and support women in achieving leadership excellence.
Volunteering at the ATHENA Awards event is a unique opportunity to be a part of a celebration that honors exceptional leaders and inspires others to strive for excellence. By joining us, you will:
- Contribute to the recognition of outstanding women leaders.
- Gain valuable event experience and networking opportunities.
- Be a part of a dynamic and supportive community dedicated to women's leadership.
Volunteer Roles:
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to assist with various event roles, including but not limited to:
- Greet guests for the VIP reception (2 people needed)
- Greet + distribute event programs (2 people needed)
- Assist with escorting reception guests into the award ceremony (1 needed)
