Embrace the true magic of the season as an EMERGE Volunteer in a heartwarming collaboration with Volunteers In Service To the Elderly (VISTE). We're on a mission to deliver not just Christmas presents and care packages, but love, warmth, and joy to the elderly residents of Lakeland.
On the 16th of December, at 9:00 am, gather together at the VISTE building. There, you'll receive a tour of VISTE, getting to know the incredible work they do, and their inspiring programs. Our goal is simple, yet profoundly meaningful: each of us will be entrusted with "delivery assignments" to bring happiness to 3-4 elderly individuals living in Lakeland.
As you spread these heartwarming gifts, we'll keep your spirits warm with a cup of coffee, a simple gesture in return for your kindness. Please note, you'll need your own transportation to be part of this magical experience.
Don't hesitate to make this a family affair, inviting your children to join in the act of giving, creating cherished memories that last a lifetime.
