Now in its 12th year, the Polk Emerging Leaders Awards (PELA) recognizes five young professionals from across Polk County making significant contributions to the community. The awards are hosted by the young professional groups in Polk County: EMERGE Lakeland, Endeavor Winter Haven, and Engage Bartow.
