About the event
Join us for a fun morning supporting Polk County Bully Project, a local rescue helping bully breed dogs find loving homes. We’ll pick up our pups and supplies before heading over together to Lakeland Highlands Scrub Preserve for a group walk, play time, and some fresh air with the dogs. This is a great opportunity to spend time with fellow members, help socialize the dogs, and give them a fun break outside of the shelter environment.
Can’t attend? We’ll also be collecting dog food and puppy pads for donation. Reach out to Anna at volunteer@emergelakeland.com if you’d like to coordinate a drop off and still support the cause.
