About the event
EMERGE Serves is a board member education class meeting Tuesday evenings for 6-weeks.
This is a program designed in collaboration with CPS Investment + the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce to provide a comprehensive training for young professionals interested in community service by detailing the fundamentals of effective board service. Program instructors are well-respected community leaders & non-profit agency directors from a wide variety of backgrounds and professions.
To ensure the best possible learning experience class size will be limited to no more than 20 participants.
The program is only open to members of EMERGE Lakeland.
Registration requires the EMERGE Serves application to be submitted.
Course Dates:
- Class 1 - Tuesday, September 12th
- Class 2 - Tuesday, September 19th
- Class 3 - Tuesday, September 26th
- Class 4 - Tuesday, October 3rd
- Class 5 - Tuesday, October 10th
- Class 6 - Tuesday, October 17thÂ
