1. **Accompaniment Requirement**: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the premises of COhatch Downtown during this EMERGE Lakeland event. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, supervision, and appropriate behavior of children within our shared spaces.

2. **Responsibility Disclaimer**: COhatch Downtown and EMERGE Lakeland do not assume any responsibility or liability for the supervision, care, or monitoring of unaccompanied children. It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to ensure that the child is under their constant supervision and adheres to our community guidelines.

3. **Shared Space Usage**: Our shared spaces are designed to foster collaboration, productivity, and community engagement. Unaccompanied children may find it difficult to fully engage in the coworking environment, and their presence might impact the experience of other members and guests.

4. **Disturbance Prevention**: Unaccompanied children who cause disruptions, create safety concerns, or interfere with the operations of COhatch Downtown and EMERGE Lakeland's event may be asked to leave the premises, along with their accompanying adult. We seek to maintain a respectful and focused atmosphere for all our users.

5. **Events and Programs**: While we occasionally host family-friendly events and programs, these will be clearly communicated in advance. Unaccompanied children attending such events must be under the direct supervision of their accompanying adult during the entire event duration.
